Indien u dus het meeste waar voor uw geld wenst, boek dan rechtstreeks via deze weg, en spaar vele euro's uit.

A Perfect Getaway at Bungalow 440!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Bungalow 440! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches throughout the house that give it a true “home away from home” feeling.

One of the absolute highlights was the garden — beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. The covered terrace was perfect for enjoying long evenings outside, no matter the weather, and the barbecue made every meal feel like a little celebration. Whether we were relaxing with a book, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, we truly enjoyed every moment spent in that lovely outdoor space.

This place is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wellnessanlage entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von Nieuwpoort-Bad, mit seinen gemütlichen Cafés, Restaurants und dem herrlichen Strand.

Nach einem entspannten Tag in der Therme oder einem Spaziergang entlang der Promenade war es wunderbar, "nach Hause" zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch zentral – der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Erholung und Entdeckungen.

Wer Komfort, Ruhe und eine Top-Lage in Nieuwpoort sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument enchanteur dans cette adorable maison de pêcheur. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par son authenticité et son atmosphère pleine de charme. Chaque détail semble raconter une histoire, et l’ambiance chaleureuse qui y règne invite immédiatement à la détente.

Le jardin, intime et soigneusement aménagé, est un véritable havre de paix. Nous avons adoré y prendre nos repas sous la petite tonnelle, bercés par le chant des oiseaux et le doux parfum de la mer toute proche. C’est un endroit où le temps semble s’arrêter, où l’on redécouvre le plaisir des choses simples.

Un lieu plein d’âme et de poésie – idéal pour se ressourcer loin du tumulte du quotidien. Nous repartons le cœur léger, avec des souvenirs inoubliables... et une seule envie : revenir.

  • What amenities are included ?

    All of our holiday accommodations are thoughtfully equipped to ensure a smooth and comfortable check-in, without the need for guests to immediately purchase basic essentials such as toilet paper or laundry detergent.


    All beds are made up with fresh linens, and we also provide baby-friendly amenities such as a travel cot, baby cutlery, high chair, and more.


    The only things you will need to bring yourself are baby bed sheets and beach towels.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    Both of our properties on the Belgian coast as well as the villa in Calpe are located less than a 15-minute walk from the beach, and are easily accessible via low-traffic roads.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Both bungalows on the Belgian coast each have their own private parking space, while the driveway of the villa in Calpe can comfortably accommodate no less than four cars.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Of course – all of our holiday homes were purchased with family vacations in mind, and have been renovated accordingly.


    We paid special attention to creating inviting shared spaces for quality time together, while also ensuring there’s plenty of privacy when needed – whether you’re enjoying sunny beach weather or spending a cozy day indoors during an unexpected rainy spell.
